New measures taken by Hotel des Marronniers after Covid
For the reopening of the Hotel des Marronniers, we have implemented a post covid hygiene and safety protocol. It seemed essential to receive our guests in good conditions to reassure them and support them in this resumption of activities. So we have ensured that our staff can work safely and offer this same guarantee to our customers. All the staff are therefore equipped with a mask and gloves for the cleaning ones. Before the reopening, all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and the garden were thoroughly cleaned. We have also deepened our cleaning procedures by more regularly integrating handles, door and elevator buttons, switches, etc. The keys are put in a box dedicated to at departure of the customer, and sterilized for each new arrival. Regarding our cleaning staff, we have provided single use cleaning equipment as well as disinfectant detergents, and they systematically change all the linen and amenities put in the room between each guest. To avoid too much manipulation, the bottles of water and the welcome amenities usually in the room are still available, but on request at the reception.
Reception desk is equipped with a Plexiglas screen, but you can still talk and read on the faces of our receptionists the joy of welcoming you 😊. All staff are made aware of barrier gestures and encouraged to wash their hands as often as possible. Hydro-alcoholic gel is available to staff but also to our guests day and night. Initially, we prefer contactless payment and send the invoice by email. Of course, we can give you a paper invoice if you wish.
We know how important breakfast is and we will continue to share it with you in our lovely setting. You can therefore always enjoy it in your room, in the veranda, in the vaulted basement or in the hotel garden. However, it will be served in a continental form. For the reasons we all know, we will no longer prepare the buffet for the moment.
The safety of our customers and our staff, and their physical and moral well-being, are our priorities in these very special days. We want everyone to feel calm, reassured and find the answer to every questions. Our team is always available to dispel doubts or assist the hosts. We know that travelers’ concerns have changed, we hear them, we understand them and we guarantee compliance with the hygiene and safety protocol in place. The latter is certainly likely to evolve in the days, weeks, even months to come.
